DVT On-Line Support

This on-line support area allows people from different locations to meet in a virtual meeting room to give presentations and demonstrate software. We also use this tool to provide on-line support to those who need it. Please review the following instructions.

Click here to conduct the web browser check to make sure your browser and computer configuration is capable of using the On-Line Conferencing tool. If your browser does not pass the test you will need to follow the instructions in order to install some additional software before entering a meeting so that you can 'share' applications such as DVT FrameWork (this is about 1 Mb download and you may be required you to restart your computer).

At the agreed time, click on the link below to enter the meeting room:  Use the Sharing Slide to show FrameWork if requested.
